I offer one-on-one coaching to women who:
- Are clear that they have a serious problem with
food and sugar. - Are ready to get free of this addiction.
- Are open to changing their lives bit by bit.
- Are willing to commit to a program that’s as serious as their problem.
One-on-one coaching can give you the encouragement you need to:
- Stay on track towards weight loss and freedom.
- Stay out of overwhelm as you move towards a better life.
- Stay focused on what you really want.
Phone or video-chat coaching is 30 minutes per session at a prearranged time. Email coaching is also available.
